Are the items real?

Yes. Every item on Vaultr is a real, physical collectible. Many are professionally graded by PSA, CGC, or BGS. When you buy an item or pull one from a pack, it's a real collectible you can have shipped to you.

How does the mystery pack randomization work?

We use Python's secrets module for cryptographic randomization. Each pull generates a unique seed hash that's stored in our audit log. The odds shown on each pack page are the exact mathematical probabilities — no tricks.

What's the buyback rate?

90% of market value, paid as instant store credit. Most competitors offer 70% or less. You can use store credit toward any purchase on Vaultr.

Can I see what's in a pack before buying?

Yes! That's our whole thing. Every pack page shows the complete pool of items with exact odds percentages. No hidden inventory.

Do you ship internationally?

We ship to most countries. Shipping rates and delivery times vary by destination.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards through Stripe.

How long does shipping take?

Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days domestically. International orders may take longer. Items are shipped in protective packaging.

Can I return an item I purchased directly?

Individual purchases can be returned within 14 days if the item hasn't been removed from its protective case. See our refund policy for details.

Can I return a mystery pack pull?

Mystery pack pulls cannot be returned, but you can accept the instant 90% buyback offer at the time of the pull.

Do I need to pay tax?

Yes, applicable taxes are calculated at checkout based on your location. Tax is shown before you complete your purchase.

How do you set prices?

Prices are based on recent market data from major collectibles marketplaces. We update values regularly.

Is this gambling?

No. Mystery packs are a purchase of goods — you always receive a real physical collectible. This is legally equivalent to buying a sealed booster pack from a store.
